The Chesaning boy's varsity golf team completed an undefeated season in the MMAC conference by taking home 1st place at the 18-hole league finale on Monday, May 19 at Twin Brooks Golf Club in Chesaning.  The Indians finished conference play with a perfect 8-0 record in 9-hole dual meets, earning the team their 2nd straight MMAC league crown.  The team carded an 18-hole overall score of 323, finishing 34 strokes ahead of 2nd place Birch Run who finished with a 357.  Senior Quinton Everett was the top individual for the Indians, shooting a 7-over par 79 and placing 2nd in the event.  Everett's round consisted of 11 pars and 7 bogies.  Charlie Clover carded an 80 and finished the tournament 3rd individually.  Will Pierce shot an 18-hole score of 82, including a career best 38 on the back 9.  Luke Skaryd also shot an 82.  Pierce and Skard finished 4th overall.  Rounding out the Indian scoring were Justin Lange with an 84 and Porter Greenfelder with a 92.  Lange finished 7th and Greenfelder finished 17th.

At the conclusion of the MMAC finale tournament, all-conference awards were handed out.  The Chesaning varsity golfers earned four of the eight 1st team all-conference honors.  1st team honors went to sophomore Luke Skaryd, senior Charlie Clover, senior Quinton Everett, and junior Justin Lange.  Sophomore Will Pierce earned 2nd team all-conference honors and sophomore Porter Greenfelder earned league honorable mention.
